Complaint

At Khaia, we follow the rules of the Danish Sales Act regarding complaints. As a customer, you have a 2-year right of complaint valid from the date of receipt. The right of complaint applies to errors and defects that were present at the time of purchase. The right of complaint only covers errors and defects that were present at the time of purchase or that are due to a manufacturing defect. Damage resulting from normal use or overloading of the product, e.g. a bag, is not covered by the complaint, as it is considered natural wear and tear. If you experience a defect that appears to be caused by a manufacturing defect, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible.

How to deal with a complaint

1. Contact us

Please send an email to khaiacph@hotmail.com with a description of the problem and your order number. Please attach pictures that clearly show the error or defect.

2. Assessment of your case

When we receive your complaint, we will assess the case and contact you within 1-2 business days. If your complaint is justified, we offer the following options:

• Exchange for a new item

• Refund of the full amount or part of the amount

3. Return of goods

If it becomes necessary to return the item due to a justified complaint, we will cover the return shipping. Remember that the item must always be returned in proper packaging.
