Delivery options and prices

We offer flexible delivery options to meet your needs:

• Delivery to parcel shop/parcel box: From 29 DKK

• Home delivery: From 49 DKK

At checkout, you can choose the shipping method that suits you best and see the exact costs.

Customs and VAT

• Within the EU: No customs duties or additional fees.

• Outside the EU: Any customs and VAT fees are the responsibility of the recipient. The fees depend on the destination country and are collected upon delivery.

International delivery

We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please note that it is the recipient's responsibility to pay any customs and duties.

Important about address information

It is your responsibility as a customer to provide the correct delivery address, email and phone number to ensure that your order is delivered smoothly.

Processing time and delivery time

• Order processing: 1-2 business days.

• Typical delivery time: 7-10 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by busy periods or unforeseen weather conditions. Some products may have longer delivery times, which will be stated in the product description.

Failure to pick up order from khaia.dk

If you fail to pick up your order within the deadline at the parcel shop, it will be automatically returned to us. This will result in:

• Administration fee: 49 DKK

• Cost of return shipping

These amounts will be deducted from your refund. If you wish the order to be reshipped, a new shipping cost will be charged.
