How do I return an order?
We offer a 30-day return policy, which allows you to return your item within 30 days of the date of receipt. In order for the return to be approved, the item must be in the same condition as when received, unused and in its original packaging.
Please return via DAO or PostNord. If you choose another shipping company, a fee of 49 DKK will be charged. Please note that the package must be sent directly to our address and not to a parcel shop. If the package is sent to a parcel shop, a collection fee of 49 DKK will be charged. be imposed. Please remember to include a note with your order number in the package.
You as the customer pay the postage for return shipments.

Your refund will be processed once we have received and approved your returned package. Please note that the refund may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
For customers outside Denmark: All import duties, customs duties, etc. are paid by the buyer. If we are charged for tax/duty/customs duties, we will deduct this amount from your refund.
Exchange: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
NOTE: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.
Where is my order confirmation?
If you can't find your order confirmation, make sure you check your spam folder - sometimes it ends up in there. Also, make sure you've entered your email in your order details. Without an e-mail, we cannot send an order confirmation.
Where can I track my order?
You can track your order on our website, at www.parcelsapp.com or at www.17track.net. If you are unable to track your order, you may need to wait a few days before trying again. Sometimes it takes some time for the tracking status to be updated.
How long is the delivery time?
It takes 1-2 business days to process your order. Once the order has been shipped, delivery time is typically 7-10 days. During busy periods or periods of heavy snow/rain, delays may occur. Some products have a longer delivery time, some have a shorter delivery time - if this is the case, it will be stated in the product description.
Do I have to pay customs?
No, you do not have to pay customs when you order to a country in the EU. If you order to a country outside the EU, there may in some cases be customs on the order.
Do you have a physical store?
Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store.
Where will my order be shipped from?
Most orders are shipped from our warehouse in Denmark. However, some orders are shipped from our remote warehouse.
What is the difference between Polly bags 1.0 and 2.0?
Polly 2.0 is our improved version of Polly 1.0. Polly 1.0 has stitching that is the same color as the bag itself, whereas Polly 2.0 has white stitching (except the gray one which has gray stitching). In addition, Polly 1.0 is in normal vegan leather, whereas Polly 2.0 is in microfiber leather, which is a completely new type of vegan leather that both feels and looks real. Both version 1.0 and 2.0 are available in four different colors and two different sizes.
