How do I return an order?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it. Your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused with tags and in its original packaging. Please return your package to us with DAO, PostNord or Bring. If the package is sent with another shipping company, a fee of DKK 49 is charged. The parcel must be sent directly to our address and must not be sent to a parcel shop - if your parcel is sent to a parcel shop, we charge a collection fee of DKK 49. Please enclose a note with your order number in the parcel.

You will receive your refund once we have received your package and approved it.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
Please note that it may take up to 5 banking days for the refund to be available in your account.
For customers outside Denmark: All import duties, customs duties, etc. are paid by the buyer. If we are charged tax/duty/duty, we will deduct this amount from your refund.
NOTE: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards. Exchange The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Where is my order confirmation?
If you can't find your order confirmation, make sure you check your spam folder - sometimes it ends up in there. Also, make sure you've entered your email in your order details. Without an e-mail, we cannot send an order confirmation.
Where can I track my order?
You can track your order on our website, at www.parcelsapp.com or at www.17track.net. If you are unable to track your order, you may need to wait a few days before trying again. Sometimes it takes some time for the tracking status to be updated.
How long is the delivery time?
It takes 1-2 business days to process your order. Delivery time for shipping is usually 2-7 business days. During busy periods or periods of heavy snow/rain, delays may occur. Some products have a longer delivery time, which will appear in the product description.
Do I have to pay customs?
No, you do not have to pay customs when you order to a country in the EU. If you order to a country outside the EU, there may in some cases be customs on the order.
Do you have a physical store?
Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store.
Where will my order be shipped from?
Most orders are shipped from our warehouse in Denmark. However, some orders are shipped from our remote warehouse.
Hvad er forskellen på Polly taskerne 1.0 og 2.0?
Polly 2.0 er vores forbedrede version af Polly 1.0. Polly 1.0 har syninger der er samme farve som selve tasken hvorimod Polly 2.0 har hvide syninger (undtagen den grå som har grå syninger). Derudover er Polly 1.0 i normal vegansk læder, hvorimod Polly 2.0 er i mikrofiberlæder som er en helt ny slags vegansk læder der både føles og ser ægte ud. Både version 1.0 og 2.0 fås i fire forskellige farver og to forskellige størrelser.
